If you don't have it. You surely need not to find it. Completely, keep it out of your mind, that you have it or may develop it later or sooner.
On the other hand, if you have it, simple way to save yourself from it is to keep yourself away from all the toxic things-…. Toxic thoughts, toxic people, social media (if you find this toxic too)
And about medication, you may have medhavati by patanjali, this won't have any side effects and will give you deep, long sleep for internal meditation and will keep you away from toxicity.
