As specified by the Revenue Agency, the eco-bonus is disbursed only when the person carrying out the work and pays presents the energy certification of the property, provided by the Region or the local authority, or energy qualification certificate prepared by a qualified professional; and certification of a qualified technician or declaration made by the construction manager.    Place A Bag On Your Car Mirror When Traveling   Eco-bonus at 65% and 50%: updated list of jobs  The new Budget Law has, therefore, confirmed the tax deductions for energy saving measures, with a discount of 65% and 50% . Going into more detail, the 65% deduction applies to energy redevelopment interventions for:  • installation of solar panels;  • reduction of energy requirements for heating;  • improvement of the thermal insulation of the building (such as floors, insulation, heat pump water heaters);  • installation of home automation systems, multimedia devices for remote control of heating systems;  • replacement of winter air conditioning systems (with class A condensing boilers, equipped with advanced thermoregulation systems).    On the other hand, the 50% deduction applies to all other energy saving measures such as:  • replacement of winter air conditioning systems with class A condensing boilers or with generators powered by biomass fuels;  • purchase and installation of windows including fixtures;  • purchase and installation of solar shading.  Eco-bonus deductions: expected spending limits  The maximum spending limits that allow you to obtain the eco-bonus are:  • 100,000 euros for energy requalification of existing buildings;  • 60,000 euros for interventions on the building envelope, installation of solar panels useful for the production of hot water for domestic or industrial use, coverage of hot water needs in swimming pools, sports facilities, shelter and care homes, schools and universities;  • 30,000 euros for the replacement of winter air conditioning systems, i.e. condensing boilers, high efficiency heat pumps and low enthalpy geothermal systems or installation of systems equipped with heat generators powered by biomass fuels;  • there is no maximum expenditure ceiling for the purchase, installation and commissioning of multimedia devices aimed at remote control of the systems.  Ecobonus 2021: who can request it  The eco-bonus can be requested by all resident and non-resident private taxpayers , business owners (with VAT number) and owners, for any reason, of properties, who carry out energy redevelopment interventions.  The following can also request the tax deduction due:  • family members living with the owner of the property;  • relatives within the third degree;  • related by the second degree;  • incapable taxpayers who have an income below the minimum thresholds and on the basis of expenses incurred in private buildings.
