Whatever kind of bad habit, it is, let be some drugs Or else in nature. Whatsoever it is, it is to be sorted by your inner power only. But to overcome any kind of misleadings you really need to be rock strong at your head.
First of all, know yourself, your reality, and be completely truthful in exploring yourself.
Be known to the harsh truth and lies of life and make sure you can deal with all those. Throw out all the lies of your life,you have been surviving on, for long. For any kind of help we are all here.
I think these two factors are must to attain a certain level of improvement in your bad habits.
For health
Make certain routines.
Make proper eating habits. Eating less calories. As i do. My morning meal is complete, it's like, full tadka, roti, dahi and all.
In afternoon, i do eat well but boiled daal, then tea in the evening, with snacks or biscuits. And nothing after that. Last meal i have upto 7:00 only.
Yes you can skip this routine for once on 15 days. But don't make it a habit.
Another big factor in health is medicine. Never use allopathic ones, try the homeopathic and home remedies.
Try yoga. Start with the simplest.
