Stop using word depression all time, this generation has taken the regular ups and downs, into depression, if you can clearly see, battling yourself with depression, just buck up and find your strengths to beat it. What are you waiting this, to end you up?
Depression is a serious mental disease. The simplest work for all, like opening a door, responding to a door bell, clothing, may appear a big burden for a mentally ill person. That door bell rings, it's like a hammer on my head, that noisy horns are enough to disable any person mentally.
It's obviously not a joke. Starting with depression leads to real serious mental and nervous deterioration, which has no cure worldwide. I am a struggler. After i have been into depression for 4 years or more, developed migraine and the pain was unbearable, brain was numb with almost no senses. Doing household work everyday, and fighting disease, wasn't easy. You can do anything if you actually know whats going on and determine yourself to achieve what you need. And trust me, without any help, medication, i came out of this. And we all can.
Way to treatment
Create an environment for yourself. Do what you wish to live like you feel you need to. Take good care of yourself. Now if you know you are depressed, start taking it easily, read humorous comics, watch funny shows.
The real treatment
Till now, there is no sure treatment to nervous disease. Most of us are familiar to this fact, we know. It is almost impossible to treat depression. Those pills are just, suppressants, you will sleep well for sometime and then again. You might, even feel you have beaten depression but still, it's reoccurrence can't be ruled out.
Only way to treat your mental health, is to stay active. During depression, mental ability, mental functioning decreases, so the blood flow automatically tend to decrease and when the amount of activity in mind constantly keeps decreasing, the brain tends to get numb and the results are non-reversible.
Mental surgeons have revealed that only way to bring effective blood flow in your brain is to, keep your brain active. Do anything, that energizes you, refreshes you, this could be anything, singing, dancing, a small walking, spending time with yourself, creating you own space, Any thing that fills you with power, just start with that and keep moving. Don't stop don't quit, have faith believe yourself, and surely you will win the battle.
